DECODE
DECODE
DECODE was created as a project to teach and guide its audience on how to better prepare for the job market. Its content included detailed, practical lessons on topics such as how to build a résumé, improve a LinkedIn profile, prepare for interviews, and perform better throughout the hiring process, among many other career-related subjects.
MY JOB ON THE TEAM:
I worked on different parts of FrontEdu’s digital presence, creating social media posts, reels, e-books, landing pages, presentations, and other branded materials. I also helped expand the visual identity across these different formats, making sure everything felt consistent while still working well for each type of content.

For the visual identity, we took inspiration from 1980s video games. The pixel-art direction was used to represent the idea of progressing through different levels throughout the project. Low-resolution icons, animations, textures, and characters helped build a complete video game universe, making the lessons feel lighter and more dynamic, without the heavy feel of traditional school or the remote-learning formats many of us got used to during the pandemic.
The color palette uses stronger tones such as green, pink, and lilac to grab attention and keep students engaged from the very first levels. From there, the journey begins.
At first, you unlock four free levels, each offering different content through video lessons and supporting materials.

For the communication strategy, we used another project that was already active, @front_edu. Through its Instagram profile, we were able to reach an already established community of people looking to improve their careers.
The project was launched through a series of dedicated posts, stories, and reels. Visually, the content followed Decode’s identity while occasionally blending in elements from FrontEdu’s branding.
