Carreira & Mamadeira

Carreira & Mamadeira
Carreira & Mamadeira is a Movidaria project created to support mothers and fathers as they balance the arrival of a child with their professional lives. Working alongside the team, we helped bring parenthood and the corporate world closer together through a welcoming visual identity and a flexible communication system, applied across social media, educational materials, landing pages, video, and a podcast.
MY JOB ON THE TEAM:
I worked on different parts of Carreira & Mamadeira’s digital presence, creating social media posts, reels, e-books, landing pages, presentations, and other branded materials. I also helped expand the visual identity across these different formats, making sure everything felt consistent while still working well for each type of content.

The visual direction brings together the warmth of family life and the clarity of professional communication. Expressive serif typography, botanical illustrations, organic shapes, and photographs of real-life situations help the brand feel welcoming and approachable. Cream, deep teal, and burgundy provide the foundation, with bright pink and turquoise bringing emphasis to the messages.
Across Instagram posts and other materials, this visual language opens up conversations about work, relationships, and the changes that come with parenthood. The same identity also extends to Carreira & Mamadeira Incompany, bringing these discussions into the workplace.

The project grew beyond social media into materials that could be part of everyday life. The Baralho de Conversas uses illustrated cards and an e-book to encourage conversations about relationships, family, finances, and the future. Landing pages bring these resources together and introduce the Incompany program to businesses.
We also extended the identity to “Precisamos falar sobre isso!”, Carreira & Mamadeira’s podcast. Its cover, promotional materials, and visual language keep the same warmth and personality, helping the different parts of the project feel connected.
